The Agger daz area transportation mission: The early company took early in 2005 has made us one of the
frst CNPC companies in Niger. Our company completed the supplies relocation of Agger damp area and
Zinder refnery, the relocation of oil anti-corrosion pipes from Agger damp area to Zinder, as well as the
regular supplies relocation of upstream Agger damp area. We are mainly responsible for the sea shipment,
inland transportation, customs declaration and chartered carrier of the above project supplies from
domestic ports to Niger’s Agger dazf/Diffa/Zinder/Niamey passing Togo and Benin, among which the inland
shipment is nearly 2,500 kilometers.
