The project constructions include the 542 kilometers gas land and submarine pipelines from Mtwara to
Dar-es-Salaam and two gas processing plants on the Songo island and Mtwara. The project is projectd to
be put in production in June 2015. The project is expected to improve the utilization effciency of Tanzania’s
gas resource which on one hand is good for the environment, on the other hand resolves the power
shortage problem.
Pipeline transportation: our company has successfully completed the transportation of pipeline materials
within just 9 months, which took 12 ships and Distance of 548 kilometers. Processing plant equipment
transportation: we have shipped the equipment collectively in China for 10 batches which in total 34,170
freight tons. Shipments from the third country accounts to 5,000 freight tons. We successfully completed
barge transportation in Tanzania on SONGO island for 17 times. The high-effciency and timely delivery
guaranteed the completion of the project.
